WineVit 2026 offers a unique opportunity for volunteers and/or aspiring students of viticulture, enology, and related studies to meet key grape and wine industry leaders and experience the excitement of the rapidly growing Washington wine industry. 

As a volunteer, you play a key role in the success for the conference by assisting at educational sessions, providing customer service to attendees and exhibitors, and assisting staff in the many jobs and processes it takes to carry out the event successfully

Benefits 

  • Committing to a shift allows you free access to the conference and trade show.

  • 4-hours of volunteering will earn a FULL Conference ticket.

  • Note: meals are not included.

Expectations

Maintain a professional demeanor, punctuality, and willingness to assist attendees

Attire:

  • Black slacks or dress pants (no jeans)

  • Comfortable dress shoes (heels not recommended)

  • Solid-colored business shirt or blouse (black or white preferred; no T-shirts, no midriff/cleavage)

  • NO perfume, cologne, or other strong-smelling scents (as it affects the tastings)

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (exceptions can be made)

  • Spanish-speaking a plus!
